Can Vivienne book a holiday for me?
Vivienne helps you explore Votonde’s guides and trip ideas. Votonde does not take bookings or payments. Choose and book individual services directly with the relevant provider.
Are these holiday packages?
Flights, accommodation, transfers and experiences are separate choices and bookings. An itinerary is an editorial suggestion, not a combined package, confirmed reservation or quoted holiday total.
How does Ask Vivienne work?
Choose a feeling, destination and travel preferences. This guided planner suggests existing Votonde guides and separately booked options; it is not live AI chat, a message to a person or an availability search. Your choices and optional note are remembered in this browser tab during your visit, including when you close the panel or visit a guide. They are not submitted remotely. Reset my plan clears them; closing the tab normally does too, although browser session restore can retain them. You can also copy your outline.
Where are the prices?
Check current prices, dates, guest numbers and availability with the provider. Some guides show a checked official admission tariff with its source and expiry; that is a general example, not a dated quote or a supplier price. Expired examples are hidden. Hotels and complete trips remain unpriced where no reliable quote is available.
What is an affiliate link?
Some clearly marked provider links may earn Votonde a commission on eligible bookings. Official information and free activities appear alongside them; not every useful link is affiliated. Any booking and payment happens on the provider’s website.
Will my selected dates carry across?
No. The dates in an itinerary help you read the outline and identify known closing days. Select your dates, guests, currency and exact option again on the provider’s website. A general hotel link does not preselect the featured property.
What should I check before booking?
Check the exact product and seller, dates and local time, guest numbers, currency and full price, inclusions, entry or boarding point, accessibility, cancellation conditions and payment terms. Similar product names can describe different services.
I need help with an existing booking.
Use your booking confirmation and the support details of the provider that took your booking or payment. Votonde cannot change that reservation. For a problem with this website or an editorial correction, contact Votonde.
